Welcome to the home of the Celtic Challenge Cup

 

Held in Ireland for the first two years before returning home to Wales, this prestigious and challenging event brings together competitors from across the Celtic waters including Wales, Scotland, Ireland, Cornwall and France.

Teams battle it out in the surf and on the sand, pitting their surf life saving, team and physical skills to the test. An evening presentation follows with a chance for all participating teams to come together for a dinner held at a local venue.

The event is scheduled to be run on Saturday the 13th of August at Aberavon. The youth and seniors will no longer compete on seperate days, there have been changes made to the programmme for 2011 and also to the structure of the teams.
